Our Line of Credit Home Loan is like an offset account and your home loan in one!

A transactional line of credit with a reducing balance, every dollar goes towards paying down your loan sooner, saving you years on your loan and thousands of dollars in interest.

You can also use the equity in your home or investment property to assist towards the purchase of investment properties, shares and/or other personal uses.

You have the flexibility of choosing between paying Principal and Interest or Interest Only. Interest-only payments may be required for the first 10 years of the loan term on this fully transactional line of credit.

You also have the option of having a credit card facility attached to the Home Loan, with this facility you can make your purchases on the 55 day interest free account whilst your money sits in your loan account attracting no interest helping you to make it your home sooner.
