Our Bridging Home Loan offers you an easy way to purchase or build a new home before you sell your existing one.

This means that you can take your time selling your current home and make sure you get the price you want for it rather than the price you can get for it quickly.

This gives you the comfort that you will be able to achieve a fair price for the sale and also be secure in the knowledge you can buy the new home that you want now. The best news though is rather than needing to make two sets of loan repayments while you are selling your existing home, no repayments are required on the new home loan for the term of the bridging finance. The term of these loans are up to 6 months on an established home and 12 months if you are building your new home.

You can choose between a variable or any of our fixed rates, as well as being able to choose a Lo Doc loan if this option suits you better. This loan is also available on our 100% Offset Home Loan.
